Sessions 3: Setting Emotional Boundaries in Relationships (45 Minutes)


Terri discussed the significance of establishing clear emotional boundaries within both personal and professional relationships. She asserted that boundaries are essential for safeguarding one’s emotional well-being and for preventing external influences from adversely affecting one's emotional state. The absence of such boundaries can lead to disorder in relationships and potential harm to an individual’s emotional health.

Participants were encouraged to engage in self-reflection regarding their own boundaries and how they are perceived by others. Terri noted that individuals may often remain unaware of their boundaries until they are violated, illustrating the subtleties involved.
